Student Records

The Seminary maintains records of a student’s progress toward the completion of his/her degree. These records are used in academic advising. The student’s transcript, which lists classes taken, credits granted, and grades received, constitutes the official record of the student’s seminary education. Students have the right to see their file upon request. Students may request from the Registrar a list of courses audited.

One transcript may be furnished without charge. All other copies are available for a fee. Grades and transcripts are only issued if the student’s financial account is in good standing.

A student will not be allowed to enroll in a subsequent semester unless satisfactory financial arrangements for financial obligations have been made.
