Settlement of Accounts

Fees may be paid on either of the following plans:

  1. Payment in full at the time of registration.
  2. Payment in up to three equal installments per schedule below. The listed installment payment fee is charged (current installment payment fee = $35.00 U.S.).

Fees which are not paid by the end of the final month of the semester will be charged interest at 1.5% per month.

MB Biblical Seminary reserves the right to withhold grades/transcripts from students whose Seminary accounts are past due. Fees may change without notice.

Accounts that become 90-days overdue may be turned over to a collections agency at the discretion of MB Biblical Seminary.

Tuition Payment

Students may now pay their fees in full when they register, or adopt one of the following payment plans:

  1. Students are required to pay a minimum of 50% of their total fees on or before the end of the first month of classes as listed below.
  2. Students taking three semester hours or less must pay in full on or before the end of the first month (30 days) of the semester.
  3. Students who fail to comply with payment arrangements will be de-registered and a late registration fee of $35.00 will be assessed to restore their registration. Students who do not show up for the first two weeks of courses will be dropped from all courses for which they are pre-registered. A late registration fee of $35.00 will be assessed to restore registration.
  4. Final balance of tuition is due by the end of the first full month of classes. If not paid in full one of the payment option plans must be arranged with business office staff.
  5. For intensive courses (if no other courses taken during the semester) full payment must be received by the end of the course.
  6. For summer courses full payment is due by the end of the month in which the course begins.

Payment Submissions – payable to MBBS.

  • Mail your payment – prepare and send your appropriate payment by check or money order, including student name and ID number on the check. Surface mail should be sent to:

  • Personally deliver your payment – come to the campus and stop by the Administration Building to pay your fees either by check, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or debit card.
  • Pay online – Login to www.mbseminary.edu and go to “My Account” tab to make a payment.
  • Installment Payment Plan – ($35.00 fee) three Equal Payments per semester. Payments must be arranged to be automatically debited from checking account or by Credit Card. Download form
  • Student loan – Student loans MUST be certified by the MB Biblical Seminary Financial Aid Director by the payment deadline. All student loans certified after the deadline will be charged the Installment Payment Plan fee of $35.00.
  • Account concerns – Payment arrangements other than the standard payments above must be made with the Business Office staff (Irene Uribe, Eleanor Pauls, or Linda Bowman, CFO).
